Conrad Anthony DeHerrera

Conrad Anthony DeHerrera (Tony D) age 75, passed in the presence of the Lord on March 16th , 2026, at his home in Colorado Springs Colorado. He was born in Alamosa Colorado June 10th 1950 to John and Carmelita Deherrera. Tony D grew up in Pueblo, Colorado with his parents, brothers, and sisters. He also had many cousins, aunts, and uncles in Pueblo where each one held a special place in his heart. Tony D graduated in 1969 at Pueblo East High School. Anthony married his deceased ex-wife Susan in 1971. He had his two oldest daughters, Antionette and Amanda in Pueblo and then moved to Garden City Kansas where he had his daughter Crystal. He worked for IBP for several years in Garden City. While he was in Kansas, he had two more daughters Amber and Ashley and his pride and joy, his son Anthony DeHerrera. Tony D changed a path in his career to become a Truck Driver in Garden City; he enjoyed his new career as it gave him more opportunities to see his daughters and bring his son along for the ride. It also gave him the opportunity to be present when his first granddaughter was born. Anothony was the life of the party and loved to see everybody enjoying themselves and having a good time. He was very caring and always thought of others and wished for the best for everyone. Tony D had a big sense of humor and always made jokes to make others laugh. He made many friends while playing his favorite sport Baseball in Kansas where he received many trophies. He loved to get with the boys and go skiing, hunting, fishing, and camping, and to know surprise he was good at everything he did. Tony D moved to Arizona with his second ex-wife Julie DeHerrera and his son Anthony. He continued his career there till he was injured and was unable to no longer work. His pride and joy were his daughters and his son. He always talked about wanting to be closer to his girls before he passed, and the Lord gave him his last wish before he called him home. Tony D continued to play his casio and reminiscent on the days when he would play his saxophone. He had an ear for music as Santana was his favorite artist, and The Old Rugged Cross was his favorite song. As Tony D would say as he said goodbye: Don't forget God loves you and so Do I. Anthony Conrad was preceded in death by his parents John and Carmelita DeHerrera of Pueblo Colorado. He is survived by his Daughters Antionette Mares, Amanda DeHerrera, Crystal DeHerrera, from Fort Morgan Colorado. Amber and Ashley Campos of Pueblo, Colorado. His son, Anthony DeHerrera of Tucson, Arizona. He had 11 grandkids and 1 great granddaughter. Also survived by his brothers Johnny (Mary) DeHerrera from Kansas, Bobby (Carol) DeHerrera from California. His sisters Leona (Marvin) Persohn from Oregon, Virginia Baca from Pueblo Colorado and Florence (Roger) from Pueblo Colorado.
