Joseph Able Duran

Joseph Abel Duran, 64, of Pueblo passed away on March 1, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Fidelia Duran; and brother, Vincent Duran. He is survived by his siblings, Ross Duran, Benito Duran, Tony (Nancy) Duran, Michael Duran, Ruth Sawa and Christine Sawa; stepfather Joe Sawa; stepbrothers, Eugene (Marianne) Sawa and Henry (Jo Ann) Sawa; aunt, Mary Portillos; special sister-in-law, Florence Duran; special friends, Chris Hernandez and Junior Tapia; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Joe was always on the go, whether it be riding his bike, working at odds and ends jobs or occasionally gambling. He was a real people person, always friendly to anyone he came into contact with. He was good at horseshoes, strong and brave and never let anything stop him. Most of all he loved his nieces and nephews and the time he was able to spend with them.
