Gloria D Muniz Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Gloria Dolores Muniz, was born on March 13, 1951, in Capulin, CO and was guided home by the angels on March 29th, 2022, at the age of 71 in Pueblo, CO. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Gustavo G. Muniz, Flora E. Muniz, and brother Joe Raymond Muniz (Jan). Siblings: Victor Joe Muniz (Mayli) of Rio Hacha Colombia; Marvene Muniz (Tom) of Arvada, CO; Cleo Caballero of Commerce City, CO; nieces Melissa Muniz Reed (Sean) of Lilburn, GA; Alexis Caballero of Denver, CO; great nephew Jadyn Alonzo of Denver, CO; great niece Alandra Muniz Reed of Lilburn, GA. Gloria was an active member of the St. Joseph’s Parish and served as a Eucharistic minister and took communion to the homebound. She was a member of various societies, which includes The Christian Mothers of St. Monica prayer group, Legion of Mary prayer group, and Neighbors in Christ. She belonged to the church choir, taught catechism, led rosaries for funerals, washing/ embroidering linens and priest albs, and help clean church/rectory. She had a special relationship with the Blessed Mother and the SOLT order priests and sisters: Fr. Tony, Fr. Scott, Fr. Brady, Fr Guilani, Sr. Maryann, Sr. Leo, Sr. Carritas, and many members of the parish and community. Gloria cherished the time she spent with her nieces and nephew. She was always willing to drop everything to help anyone in need. She will be forever loved and deeply missed by her family and all those she leaves behind.
