He was preceded in death by his parents, Candelario “Lallo” and Emiliana “Millie” Vigil, and brothers Max, Frank, Louie, Alfred, Everett and Ted. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Beatrice Vigil; children, Darren (Maxine) Vigil and Iven (Cara) Vigil; grandchildren, Ilyana, Aelias, Kyana, Elisa and Elaina; siblings, Joyce (Randy) Apodaca, Emily (Marty) Montez, Richard (Esther) Vigil, Ruth “Betty” (Louie) Aragon Angel, Charlotte (Richard) Madril, Louise Martinez, Katy Espinosa, close nephew Eddie Vigil, as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Bobby enjoyed his younger years growing up with his parents and siblings in the mountains of Red Wing, CO. He always stayed busy, and learned multiple trades over the years, eventually retiring after 18yrs as a dairyman for the Hillside Dairy. He was very laid back, easy going, smooth and steady. Never stingy, and always giving a helping hand. He enjoyed going on long rides, drinking his casual beer, having his morning cup of coffee, reading the newspaper and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He taught them and his two sons to be strong, kind, respectful and humble. He loved his daughters-in-law like they were daughters, and Bob loved and stood by his wife from day one, until his last day. Life is forever changed. He will continue to be loved and remembered by those who knew him. Per Bob’s request, there will be no services. Stay smooth and steady dad...
